• All shipments are attractively packed in sturdy, printed cardboard boxes made especially for these products.  
  
• Please provide complete street address and phone number. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or rural routes.
  
• Alaska & Hawaii deliveries require shipping via 2nd Day Air at an additional charge of $16.95 per Item.  
  
• Please be certain of addresses when you place your order. There will be a $10.00 charge for changes or deletions to your order once it has been processed.  
  
• We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.  
  
• SHIPPING CHARGES: For 3Day shipping, add $3.95 per Item. For 2Day shipping, add $16.95 per Item. For Standard Overnight, add $28.95 per Item. For Saturday delivery, add $43.95 per Item.  
  
• One, two and three-day delivery options are based on the date the order is filled, not the date the order is placed. Date package picked up , weekends and holidays are not counted in delivery transit time.  
• Orders can take up to 72 Hours to process once it is placed. During seasonal periods, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, please allow seven to ten business days from date an order is placed for an order to arrive. We make every attempt to ship your packages to arrive when you request, but please remember there are some situations that we have no control over. (ie weather, delivery errors)
• We generally only ship meat items out on Monday or Tuesdays if you want 3day shipping so it is delivered before the weekend. (THE WAREHOUSES FOR FEDEX AND UPS ARE NOT REFRIGERATED)
