We jam pack this breakfast box with 2.5lbs. of our hickory smoked bacon, a one pound box of MeMaw’s Maple Infused Pancake Mix, and we top it all off with one pound of our delicious Smoked Pork Sausage.

The bacon and sausage have both been Hickory Smoked but are not fully cooked. Throw the Pork Sausage in a skillet and let it cook until it hits 165 degrees. Cook the Bacon the same way as the sausage until it has reached the perfect level of crispy, crunchiness. Unless you aren't into that sort of thing. If you don't like your bacon crunchy then we advise you not to cook it that way. If you prefer to cook your bacon in the oven, then place it on a foil-lined cookie sheet in a 400' oven for about 10-15 minutes. No flippin' flipping required! For the pancake mix, empty entire contents of bag in to a mixing bowl. Add 15 oz. of water and stir for about a minute. Pour the batter in 1/4c increments on to a hot and greased griddle. Flip the pancake when it is bubbly on top and golden on the bottom. These are Maple Infused therefore syrup is not required (but always encouraged). You can also spread butter across the top of the hot pancake to really top it off.
