We craft our boneless hams from lean, high quality pork. Our highly-skilled and trained butchers carefully trim the hams. We then slowly cure and marinate them before deeply smoking to achieve a mouthwatering, but not overwhelming, hickory smoke flavor. Ready to eat weighing in around 4-5 lbs.

We feel that this boneless ham is best served at room temperature. If you feel like you need to heat, wrap in foil and heat about 10 minutes per pound but check it often and make sure that you don't overheat it and dry it out.
