We apply the same curing methods and recipes that we use for our famous Smoked Turkeys on these chickens to achieve that traditional smokehouse flavor.
|We think that our Fully Cooked Smoked Meats taste best when served at room temperature, if you prefer, they may be heated after wrapping them in foil. Set oven at 300' and heat up for 30 minutes to an hour.|
