Finally! A sausage that is just as good for breakfast as it is on the grill at supper time. Although we cure and hickory smoke these sausages, they are not fully-cooked. Whether you cook them whole or split open the casing and fry up the meat in a skillet, you really can't go wrong.

The possibilities are endless on how to prepare this sausage! Our favorite it to open the casing and cook the sausage in a skillet. Another way is to slice the sausage down the middle and place it in a skillet. Cook until internal temperature is 160'... ENJOY!
