Boil cut-up chicken in one quart water until tender. Remove chicken, debone & cut into pieces; reserve stock. In large kettle, brown four tablespoons each flour and oil to make roux. Slowly stir stock into roux, then add one package Real Texas Gumbo, one cup chopped onion, one 16oz. can tomatoes and four cups of fresh/frozen chopped okra. Add deboned chicken and let simmer one hour. Stir Occasionally. Makes about 2.5 quarts.
